Order Placement Procedure

• While placing the order, fill up the complete form in case of missing information your order will not have proceeded
• We work on customer’s requirements, so give clear and comprehensive details for processing order successfully.
• It is advised for customers to stay in touch with the company and to monitor the progress of the order.
• The company will start processing the order once the order is been paid completely.
• The work will be uploaded tothe customer’s account for review.
• In case of some genuine changes, the revision will be placed.
• In case of false claims by the customer,the order will be cancelled.

Revision Policy

We offer revision policy to its customers to make them satisfied.

• If the customers fail to place revision in the given time, additional payment will be added.
• The revision will be catered only for the old requirements.
• In case of new requirements that were not given earlier, additional payment will be added.

Refund policy

The money received will not be refunded. Only, in the event of the following cases, a refund will be given

• Any erroneous payment, e.g. double payment by mistake.
• Failing grade in course. The failing grade should be clearly mentioned in the course portal.

Please note that in cases of payment fraud, credit card chargeback fraud after the work is done by us, may attract action against the student.
